Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data QRUN collects, why, how long we keep it, who processes it on our behalf, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who is responsible for your data

We do not sell your data, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
3. Where your data is hosted
Your core application data is stored in the European Union (Supabase, hosted on AWS in Paris, France — region eu-west-3).
4. Service providers (subprocessors)
We rely on the following processors. Some are located outside the EU; in that case transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. How long we keep your data
- Account & job data: for the life of your account, then deleted within 30 days of account closure.
- Support: up to 3 years after the last exchange.
- Technical logs: up to 12 months.
- Billing records: 10 years, as required by law.
- Waitlist: until launch, or until you unsubscribe.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may: access your data, correct it, delete it, receive it in a portable format, restrict or object to certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time. You can export or delete your account data directly from your account settings, or contact hello@qrun.app.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Hosting
The QRUN website and application are hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA — vercel.com.
Application data is stored in the European Union via Supabase (AWS, Paris, France).
Terms of Use
By creating an account or using QRUN, you agree to these Terms of Use.
1. The service
QRUN is a cloud platform for building, running and sharing quantum computing jobs and functions. Features and availability may evolve as the product develops.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into a contract to use QRUN.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users' data.
- Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
4. Creator content
If you publish functions, you confirm you have the right to do so and grant QRUN the right to host and make them available to users. Published functions are reviewed before going live, and we may pause or remove content that breaches these terms.
5. Billing
Some features are paid and charged from your wallet on a usage basis. Prices and billing details are shown before you incur a charge. Paid features and payment terms are described in the Sales Terms below.
6. Availability & liability
The service is provided "as is" during this early phase. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for results produced by third-party AI models or quantum hardware. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
8. Governing law

Sales Terms
1. Scope
These Sales Terms apply to paid features of QRUN, including usage-based charges and wallet top-ups (once available).
2. Pricing
Prices are shown in the application before any charge. Usage-based costs are deducted from your wallet balance. [VAT handling to complete based on registration status]
3. Payment
When online payment is enabled, it will be processed by a third-party payment provider. QRUN never stores your full card details. [payment provider & terms to complete at S7]
