Terms of Use

By creating an account or using QRUN, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. The service

QRUN is a cloud platform for building, running and sharing quantum computing jobs and functions. Features and availability may evolve as the product develops.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into a contract to use QRUN.

3. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users' data.
  • Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.

4. Creator content

If you publish functions, you confirm you have the right to do so and grant QRUN the right to host and make them available to users. Published functions are reviewed before going live, and we may pause or remove content that breaches these terms.

5. Billing

Some features are paid and charged from your wallet on a usage basis. Prices and billing details are shown before you incur a charge. Paid features and payment terms are described in the Sales Terms below.

6. Availability & liability

The service is provided "as is" during this early phase. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for results produced by third-party AI models or quantum hardware. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. [dispute-resolution clause to be reviewed by a lawyer before paid launch]

Sales Terms

1. Scope

These Sales Terms apply to paid features of QRUN, including usage-based charges and wallet top-ups (once available).

2. Pricing

Prices are shown in the application before any charge. Usage-based costs are deducted from your wallet balance. [VAT handling to complete based on registration status]

3. Payment

When online payment is enabled, it will be processed by a third-party payment provider. QRUN never stores your full card details. [payment provider & terms to complete at S7]

4. Right of withdrawal

[Consumer right-of-withdrawal terms for digital services to be completed and legally reviewed]

5. Refunds

[Refund policy to complete before paid launch]

6. Governing law

These Sales Terms are governed by French law. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the customer's country of residence remain applicable.
